Jackie Puckett Hutton

Jackie Puckett Hutton, age 81, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald C. Hutton; son, Bobby Stanley Dunagan, Jr.; parents, Binnie and Minnie Forrester Puckett; and sisters, Doris Puckett, Blanche Whiting, Lola Veal and Jimmie Childs.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Mark and Irva Cain, Flowery Branch, GA and Greg Hutton, Colorado; grandchildren, Amie Cain, Terri Andersen and Gene Andersen; six great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Barbara Puckett, Albany, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Hutton was born September 14, 1935 in Buford, GA. She was a graduate of Buford High School. She was a member of the Summerville, GA Lady Shriners and the Buford Lions Club.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Buford where she was also a member of the Silvertones Choir and Abundant Life Fellowship. She enjoyed playing rummikub with her group of friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Buford Lions Club for the Lighthouse for the Blind in memory of Jackie Hutton.
