Kathryn Kilgore Golden

Mrs. Kathryn Kilgore Golden, age 81, of Commerce, GA died Friday, June 2, 2017 at Landmark Hospital.  Mrs. Golden was born in Atalla, AL to the late Jack Robert and Hazel Scarbough Kilgore.  She was a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Golden was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Farrel Golden.

Mrs. Golden is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Williams of Commerce; sons, Brad Golden (Peggy) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Tim Golden (Cindy) of Jefferson and Jeff Golden (Billie) of Destin Beach, FL; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 PM, Monday, June 5 at Indian Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Nate Bunner officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 3 to 7 PM.
