Robert E. Lowe, age 55, of Buford, GA passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017. He is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years, Milissa Lowe, Buford, GA; son, Robert Ellis Lowe, Jr., Buford, GA; sisters, Joyce Fields, Huntington, WV, and Patsy Sovine, Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Lowe was born April 17, 1962 in Huntington, West Virginia. He attended Huntington West Virginia High School. He had worked for Bill Heard Chevrolet and Jerry Brown Chevrolet for 10 years. No formal service.
