DIANNE MARIE DONAUDY was born at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Florida. Her parents were Arthur Reinberger and Ann Marie McClure. Her childhood years were spent in Lake Harbor, Fort Pierce and Miami where she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She graduated from Miami High School in 1960. Upon graduation she met and married Thomas Cronk and they moved to Long Island, NY. Where they had two children Thomas jr. and Barbara. The marriage failed ten years later and she was left a single mother with two children to support. She was employed by the County of Suffolk NY when she met Donald M. Donaudy an architect and Commissioner of Building and Grounds for the county. He had six children and was separated and seeking a divorce at the time. They fell in love and were married in 1973. Dianne was employed by Suffolk County as a consumer investigator and Youth Board program coordinator. In 1983 she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Suffolk County Community College with an A.A.S. degree in paralegal studies with a 4.0 average. She retired from the county and took a position as the Clerk of the Justice Court in Lake Grove,. While still in New York she co-structured a national organization ( C.H.U.C.K.) which resulted in anti- college hazing legislation and served as a congressional campaign office manager.
The family relocated to Georgia in 1987 where she worked as Victims Assistance Program Coordinator for the Jackson County D.A.’s office. In Georgia she also served as the Georgia State leader for the Justice Foundation and was their liaison with Israel where she traveled extensively throughout the country speaking to messianic congregations about the evils of abortion. She was a DAR regent and Board Member of the Hope Resource Center where she counseled post abortive women. In 1999 she organized and led a successful fund raiser to purchase and provide copies of the “Jesus Project” video to every family in Jackson County. She succumbed to Alzheimers disease on May 26th 2017. She is survived by her husband, Donald, their children, Regina and Mike McFall, Donald and Lori Donaudy jr., Catherine, Ann, Thomas and Jane Donaudy, Thomas Cronk Jr., Rosemary and Robert Young, Barbara and James Mayes, fourteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, her siblings Carole Jean Aldrich, Cheryl Gonzales and Buddy Foster and beloved neices and nephews.
She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 24, 2017 at 1pm in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home.
