Rosamond Ellen Anderson

Miss Rosamond Ellen Anderson, age 88, of Cawthon Road in Toccoa passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 at The Oaks at Scenic View in Baldwin, Georgia. 

A daughter of the late Charles Frederick and Ellen Beaman Anderson, she was born May 26, 1929 in Burlington, Vermont having lived in Toccoa since 1978.  She was a retired registered nurse with the Stephens County Hospital and was a member of the First Alliance Church of Toccoa.

Survivors include a brother, Edward Anderson of New Hampshire; sister, Shirley Flannery of New Hampshire; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Anderson of Toccoa; a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 5, 2017 at 11 O’clock a.m. at the Hillcrest Chapel of The Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend John Schultz officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Monday, June 5 from 10 A.M. until 11 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Paradise Mountain Ministries – Carolyn Eckman House, P.O. Box 635, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Miss Rosamond Ellen Anderson.

Interment will follow in the Toccoa City Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Miss Rosamond Ellen Anderson.
