Jimmy Stephens Lowman, age 57 of Dawsonville, passed away on May 7, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents Austin and Beatrice Carter Lowman, and nephew Timothy Lowman. He is survived by his sister Patricia Lowman (Hollis); brothers Roy (Linda), Joey (Sandy), and Ronnie (Connie); and several nieces and nephews.
