Carolynn Wegesser, age 75 of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Wegesser was born in Quincy, Michigan, to the late Ernest and Ruth McConnell Noyes. She attended college at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mrs. Wegesser retired from Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch, where she worked as a teacher and counselor and she was a member at Unity Church of Gainesville. Carolynn was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard R. Noyes.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Wegesser; daughter and son-in-law, Kerry Lynn and Kenny Bishop; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Ray and Inna Korte; step-daughter and son-in-law, Joyce Marie and Doug Schofield; grandchildren, Kirill Korte, Kyrra Korte, Elizabeth Bishop, and William Bishop; brothers, Donald E. Noyes and Phillip A. Noyes; sister, Phyllis E. Hogan.
Memorial services are scheduled for 12:30 P.M. Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Unity Church of Gainesville – 3415 Stancil Road, Gainesville, Georgia. The Rev. Robin Volker will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
