Mary Hewell Robinson

Mary Hewell Robinson, age 59, of Cornelia, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 following a sudden illness.

Mrs. Robinson was born on May 2, 1958 in Clermont, Georgia to the late Marvin and Roberta Jackson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Hewell; sisters, Brenda Burrell and Lillie Ruth Black. Mary attended Alto C.H. Church and was employed with Ethicon.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Robinson, Sr., of Cornelia; daughter, Jessica Wiley, of Cornelia; son, Chad Hewell, of Cornelia; sister, Diane Jackson, of Lula; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Faye Jackson, of Alto; brother, Aaron Jackson, of Lula; grandchildren, Brice Kane, and Rosemary Wiley.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Pastor Arthur Howard, Pastor Martin Davis, and Rev. Scott Ledbetter. Interment will follow in the Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2017 at the funeral home.
