Vernie Clifford Hudson, III

Vernie Clifford Hudson, III, 26, of Murrayville passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m.  Sunday, April 30, 2017 in the Memorial Park Chapel.  Rev. Michelle Rawdin Strall and Rev. Stephen Wood will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A lifetime resident of Hall County, he was the son of Rhonda Powers Hudson Roshau. He was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church but had attended Pine Crest Baptist Church.

Mr. Hudson is preceded in death by his PaPa, Raymond Thomas Powers.

Mr. Hudson is survived by his mother and father, Rhonda Hudson Roshau (Joseph) of Murrayville; brother, Joda Lee Roshau of Murrayville; maternal grandmother, Frances Irene Powers of Gainesville; paternal grandparents, Pete and Glinda Roshau of Gainesville; C.N.A. Kathy Jenkins of Murrayville; girlfriend, Mary Elisabeth Virga of Dawsonville; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Connect Ability of Dahlonega and Joy Ministries at Lakewood.

Flowers will be accepted however those desiring may make contributions to their favorite charity.
