Everett Caswell

Mr. Everett Caswell, age 93, of Flowery Branch passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 at his residence, with his family.

Graveside Services will be 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Officiated by Hayden Wreyford and Harrell Wreyford.  The family will receive friends 2:30 – 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Caswell was born March 16, 1924 to the late Howard Francis and Caroline Maryott Caswell in New Bedford, Massachusetts.  He served in the United States Navy during WWII from 1942 -1948, and was retired from Eastern Airlines after 34 years as an Aviation Mechanic.  Mr. Caswell was a member of the American Legion and the Eastern Airlines Retirement Association.

Mr. Caswell is survived by his wife of 68 years, Ruth Jean Caswell of Flowery Branch; children, Sharon & Jerry Hagan of Flowery Branch, Barbara Allen of Lawrenceville, David & Candy Caswell of Pembroke Pines, Florida, Paul & Lita Caswell of Flowery Branch, James & Peggy Caswell of Woodstock, and Jeffrey & Michele Caswell of Middleboro, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Matthew Hagan, Robert Allen, Wendy (Cory) Echols, Thomas Perry, Gary Chen, Phillip Chen, Zachary Caswell, Kevin Caswell, Nicholas Caswell, Robert Caswell, Amber Caswell, Samantha Moravek and Vicky Versoza; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his siblings, Ruth Gray and Harold Caswell.
