Emily Faith Thompson, age 6, of Clayton, passed away April 8, 2017. She was born January 22, 2011 the daughter of Lisa Reichenbach Thompson and Jim Thompson.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers Nathan and Trent Thompson, paternal grandparents Ronald (Bonnie) Thompson Clayton, Ga., Lynda Dann Powder Springs, Ga., maternal grandparents John E. Reichenbach Clayton, Ga., Hilda Pruitt, Habersham, Ga. and great grandmother Fannie Pruitt of Habersham, Ga. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Emily attended both Persimmon Baptist Church and Clayton Baptist Church where she loved going to Church, singing and shaking hands with everyone. She was very proud of her big brothers and looked up to them. Known for her contagious smile and perfect cartwheels she loved big and everything was exciting. She loved being a Rabun County Wildcat and had a love for cheerleading, basketball, and soccer. Emily enjoyed going fishing with her daddy and getting her nails done with her mommy especially the days when she was able to do both.

The family will receive friends Thursday April 13, 2017 from 6:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M. at Beck Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday 2:00 P.M. April 14, 2017 at the Clayton Baptist Church with, Rev. Joey Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Blalock Cemetery. Following the interment service there will be a dinner at the Persimmion Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
