Jackie Williams Moore

Mrs. Jackie Williams Moore, age 70 of 57 Rosedale Street, Toccoa passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Thomas E. and Grace Wilmot Williams, she was born December 25, 1946 in Stephens County, having lived in Lithia springs for some 30 years.  She retired from Lockheed-Martin in Marietta and was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of the home, Marvin Moore; two daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Mike Johnson of Carrolton, Georgia and Kathy and Roger Gwin of Villa Ricca, Georgia; son, Terry Canady of Lithia Springs, Georgia; step-son, Scott Moore of Toccoa; grandchildren, Chris Johnson, Raquel Johnson, Jessica Ledford, Heather Gwin, Alex Gwin, Kayti McAllister, Steve Moore, David Moore and Lisa Bienek ; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Annie Mae Davis and Bonda and Terry Sheriff both of Toccoa and Joan and Donald Walker of Villa Ricca, Georgia; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Emory and Barbara Williams and Gary Williams both of Toccoa, Hampton and Hilda Williams of Snellville, Georgia and Danny and Sheryl Williams of Wynne, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 13, 2017, 2 O’clock P.M. at Rock Creek Baptist Church with The Reverend Paul Jameson and The Reverend Ken Jackson officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Ronald Davis, William Walker, Justin Davis, Jalyn Barnette, Chris Johnson and Marshall Norton.

The family will be at the home on Rosedale and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M.  Online condolences can be made at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Rock Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Jackie Williams Moore.
