Nancy Jean Goodwin

Ms. Nancy Jean Goodwin, age 73 of Ellen Court, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Brown Health and Rehab, Royston, Georgia.

A daughter of the late Joe M. and Virginia Head Goodwin, she was born October 30, 1943 in Birmingham, Alabama having lived in Toccoa for most of her life.  She was a sales clerk for many years, was an Equestrian, loved her horses and competed in horse shows. She also loved the mountains and loved to travel.

Survivors include a niece, Kathryn Crowe of Toccoa, nephew, Joe McQueen of Marietta and a great-niece, Amanda Crowe of Anderson, South Carolina.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017, 1 O’clock P.M. at the Imperial Apartments Gazebo located on Ellen Court in Toccoa.

A private family inurnment service will be at Rosehill Cemetery in Rockmart, Georgia.
