Katherine Browning

Katherine Browning, 67, of Oakwood, Ga passed away March 28, 2017 at her residence following an extended illness.

 A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017 at The First Pentecostal Church of Oakwood.  Rev. Alan Stewart and Rev. Billy Bulloch will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

 Born on December 3, 1949, in Blytheville, Arkansas she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Irene Alford Dotson. Mrs. Browning graduated from Texas Bible College. She was a retired nurse for the State of Georgia. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Oakwood.

Mrs. Browning is survived by her sisters and brothers in law, Ora and Jim Dailing, Mary Lee and Richard Pence all of Oakwood; nieces and husbands, Kathy and Thomas Hunter of Oakwood, Jennifer and Mark Boles of Savannah; nephews and wives, Jason and Courtney Dailing of Gainesville, Coy and Paula Dailing of Bethlehem, GA.
