Mark Edward Baker, 50, of Gainesville Georgia passed away on March 27, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Born on December 23, 1966 in Dayton, OH, Mr. Baker was the son of the late Joseph Baker and of Phylliss Hamilton Posten. He was self-employed as a HVAC specialist.

Mr. Baker is survived by his son, Mark Baker, II of Cartersville; daughter, Tiffany McGill of OH; daughter, Ashley Shrout of IN; son, Brian Baker of Gainesville; mother, Phylliss Posten; step-father, Luther Ogden of AL; sister, Becky Baker of Braselton; brothers, Frank Baker of Flowery Branch, Mark Ogden of Oakwood; sisters, Dee Dee Proffitt of OH, Judy Ogden of OH; brother, Terry Hamilton of GA.
