Bernard Lee Jessee

Bernard Lee Jessee, 77, of Demorest, GA, passed from this life on March 14, 2017.  He was born November 23, 1939 in St. Charles, Virginia.  He was a retiree of General Motors in Atlanta, GA.

He was the son of Leonard and Pina Jessee, husband of Patricia Jessee, 4 daughters:  Michelle Peterson of Demorest, GA, Melanie Nickelsen of Hood River, OR, Mendi Wilson of McDonough, GA, and Micky Weldon of Rossville, GA.
He is also survived by his brother Jim Jessee of Sandusky, OH and Josephine Harple of Dartmouth, MA and his 7 grandchildren:  Jessee Buckner, Jonathan Buckner, Jessa Nickelsen, Rebecca Wilson, Ryan Wilson, Avrie Weldon and Gray Weldon; 2 great grandchildren: Skylar Tapley and Chandler Tapley; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted by Jerry Weldon of Rossville, GA, Bob Burt of Cleveland, GA, and Don Wilson of McDonough, GA. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2 pm at Barrett Funeral Home, 118 North Brook St. Cleveland, GA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Camp Inagehi (favorite Christian camp of the Jessee girls).
