Betty Ann Hartzog, age 62 of Maysville, GA passed away Tuesday, March 07, 2017 at her residence.
Born in Thomasville, AL, Mrs. Hartzog was the daughter of Georgie Ann Pope and the late Jimmy Roger Phillips, Sr. She was of the Baptist faith and preceded in death by grandparents and two twin sisters.
Survivors in addition to her mother include son, Matthew Cummings, Maysville; daughter, Priscilla Mullinax, Maysville; brother, Jimmy Roger Phillips, Jr., Thomasville, AL; sisters, Sue Lofton, Nicholson, Wendy Gail Thompson, Thomasville, AL; grandchildren, Brittany Hartzog, Katherine Harmon, Barbara Harmon; and great-grandchild, Joziah Kyle Young.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
