Judean “Judy” Ramey Palmer

Mrs. Judean “Judy” Ramey Palmer, age 70 of Midget Drive, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A daughter of the late D.T. and Eva McCroskey Ramey, she was born December 25, 1946 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life.  She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Palmer in 2011.

Survivors include three daughters, Lisa Terrell, Vanessa Palmer and Katelyn Palmer all of Toccoa; two sons and daughter-in-law, Stacey and Bri Palmer and Chauncey Palmer both of Toccoa; grandchildren, Hope and Deion Davenport, Stormy Maxwell, Grayson Terrell, Jake and Laura Palmer, Zack Palmer; twin great-granddaughters, Abbie and Allie; two brothers, Ted Ramey and Phil Ramey both of Toccoa; sister, Gail Hargrove of Toccoa.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 3, 2017, 2 O’clock P.M. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Michael Staley and Mrs. Hope Davenport officiating.
