Madge Kathleen Cagle

Madge Kathleen Cagle, 94, of Gainesville passed away Monday, February 27, 2017 at Friendship Health and Rehab following an extended illness.

          A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Stacy Phillips will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

          Born on September 14, 1922, in Gainesville, GA she was the daughter of the late George and Ruby Anna Cagle. She was a Lifelong member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

          Miss Cagle’s family are her late sisters Irene Cagle Saxon, Martha Sue Cagle Lowe and her children Susan Jones, Bryan Lowe, and Martha Ann Austin;  living sister, Virginia Cagle Mattson (William Richard), and their children Deborah Jones, her children Brian and Andrea, Pamela Jones, and her daughter Brooke, Capt. Tony Jones, Ronnie Jones, his daughters Patricia, Shannon and Maureen, Kimberly Jones (Doug), and their daughter Roxanne, Lester Jones, Cynthia Jones Schroeder (Warren) and their children Madison and Maison, and many great nieces and nephews.  Cousin Susan Smith, who cared for her throughout her last years.
