Melanie Denise Allen

Melanie Denise Allen, 50 of Cumming, GA passed away on Wednesday February 22, 2017.

She was born on September 17, 1966 in Cumming, GA the daughter of Eldridge Hughes and Wansley Mills Hughes.

Melanie is survived by her husband Jerry Allen as well as her son Kenny Lightbourne.  She is also survived by her sister; Sherri Brooks, sister; Elaine Culp, brother; Larry Hughes, brother; Jimmy Hughes and brother; Jason Hughes, as well as 5 grandchildren.  Other family members also survive.

The family will receive friends on Saturday February 25, 2017 from 9am until 6pm at McDonald and Son Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 6pm in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home.
