Benny Ray Adams

Benny Ray Adams, age 64 of Clermont, passed away on February 20, 2017 at his residence.  Benny was born on March 21, 1952 in Gainesville to the late Ranzie Earl Adams and Naomi Imogene (Smith) Adams.

Benny was a North Hall High School alumnus and he retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation. Benny was an avid equestrian and enjoyed team roping.

Benny is survived by his wife M’Ledge (Dills) Adams of Clermont; daughters Jennifer (Thomas) Crowe of Clermont and Lauren Ashley Adams of Clermont; mother Imogene Adams of Flowery Branch; sisters Judy (Doug) Oliver of Lula, Joan (Ronnie) Harrison of Murrayville, and Joyce Dills of Lula; brother Ricky (Annette) Adams; sisters-in-law Sandra (Larry) Pinson of Flowery Branch, Teresa (Steve) Grizzle of Flowery Branch, Linda (Jimmy) Brown of Flowery Branch, and Julie Dills of Buford.

A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Thursday February 23, 2017 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel.  Rev. Jeff Thompson will officiate.  Interment will follow at Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery in Murrayville, Georgia.  The family will receive friends from 4pm-6pm and from 7pm-9pm on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at the funeral home.  Online condolences can be made at www.memorialparkfuneralhomes.com.
