Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Betty Ann Pardue, age 77 of Cleveland. Mrs. Pardue passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017. Mrs. Pardue was born in Habersham County on July 11, 1939 to the late Walter Palmer and Oma Mae Hicks Palmer. She worked for number of years with Orbit Manufacturing, following its closure; she was employed with United Community Bank and most recently with Ninth District Opportunity as a receptionist. Mrs. Pardue was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church and in addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Junior Pardue as well as her sister, Nellie Elrod and brother Charles Palmer. She is survived by her daughter, Pat Caudell (David) of Cleveland, son; Mike Pardue, (Vickie) of Cleveland; sister, Louise Thomas, Demorest. Her grandchildren include Jason and Michelle Ravan, Amber Pardue and Taylor Pardue, Seth and Rhonda Caudell and Matt Caudell; great grandchildren include Kyle Ravan, Travis Partin, Savannah Caudell, and Bryson Caudell.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00pm, Sunday, February 19, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jason Daniel, Rev. Jimmy Sargent and Rev. Michael Wilkes officiating. Interment will follow in Gateway Memory Park .
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
