Gary Allen Griffin

Mr. Gary Allen Griffin age 64 of Flowery Branch passed away on Tuesday February 14, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday February 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Anthony Cook will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday February 17, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Griffin was born on September 14, 1952 In Gainesville, Ga to Jessie Davidson Griffin and Annie Lee Cagle Griffin. He was of the Baptist faith and owned and operated Griffin Masonry. He is preceded in death by his father, Jessie Davidson Griffin, mother-in-law, Mary Beacham, father-in-law, Jay Beacham, spouse, Montez Griffin, and companion dog, Stormy.

He is survived by his mother, Annie Lee Griffin of Lula, brother, Wayne Griffin of Lula, brother, Charles Griffin of Lula, sister and husband, Dianne and Jack Hawkins of Gillsville, sister, Elaine Smith of Chicopee, sister and husband, Lawanda and James Brown of Gainesville, sister, Judi Pittman of Gainesville,  brother and spouse, Larry and Dianne Griffin of Lula, brother and spouse, Kevin and Ann  Griffin of Lula, and a number of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and other family members.
