Nancy Abbott Smith

Mrs. Nancy Abbott Smith, age 82, of Maysville died Sunday, February 12, 2017 at her residence.  Mrs. Smith was born in Decatur, GA to the late, William Walter and Eula Lowery Abbott.  She a retired poultry farmer and a member of Montgomery Heights Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Montgomery Smith.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Smith McLaughlin of Maysville, GA, Rebecca South McGrady of Traphill, NC, Kathryn South Perry of Ball Ground, GA, and Susan South Viviano of Maysville, GA; and son, Randall South of Snellville, GA; ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 14^th at 2:30 PM from the Montgomery Heights Baptist Church with Rev. James Dumas officiation with the interment following in Sunrise Cemetery.
