Edna “Eddie” Davenport Stonecypher, age 74 of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Mrs. Stonecypher was born on January 25, 1943, in Hiawassee, Georgia to the late Willard and Monteree Taylor Davenport. She was a self-employed caregiver. Mrs. Stonecypher was preceded in death by her grandson, Dustin Inman; brothers, Calvin Davenport, Arnold Davenport, Willis Davenport; sister, Edith Barrett.
Survivors include her husband, Patrick Stonecypher, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Kathy Inman, Woodstock; daughter, Cindy Inman, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Franklin and Joyce Davenport, Clarkesville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Blue Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Tony Howard and the Rev. Jason Daniell will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
