Waymon Fount Earls

Mr. Waymon Fount Earls, age 60 of 451 Fowlertown Road, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia.

A son of the late Thomas and Ellen Carmack Earls, he was born October 26, 1956 in Harlan, Kentucky having lived most of his life in Toccoa.  He was employed with Toccoa Casket Company for a number of years and later self employed in the salvage business.  He was artistic in woodwork and drawing.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Sharon McCowan Earls; five daughters and son-in-law, Alley Earls of the home, Alexa Earls of Lavonia, Judy Earls of Toccoa, Michelle Earls of Harlan, Kentucky and Janie and Craig Cleveland of Eastanollee; three sons and daughters-in-law, Waymon Earls, Jr., and wife Faithe of Martin, Tommy and Sonya Earls and Virgil and Anita Earls both of Eastanollee; 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; he was one of 22 siblings and the local sibling survivors are sisters and brothers, Redda and Eric Holland of Toccoa, Tommy Earls of Mt. Airy, Bill and Janie Earls of Dawsonville, Gary Earls of Westminster, South Carolina and Jeanette and David of Auburn, Georgia.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
