Guy Morgan Causey, age 86 of Commerce, GA passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at his residence.
Mr. Causey was the son of the late Edward Lynn Causey and Laura Brunson Causey. He was a maintenance worker with Crawford W Long Hospital, of the Baptist faith, and was a US Marine and Air Force veteran who served our country in the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Nell Roberts Causey, of the residence; sons and daughter-in-law, Shayne and Christy Causey, Lawrenceville, Donnie Lee Causey, Woodstock; daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Jim Rose, Woodstock; sister, Bernice Pellitteri, Madison, WI; grandchildren and grandchildren-in-law, Tiffany and Sean O’Donnell, Brittany and Chris Langley, Anna and Christian Asher, Joshua Causey, Kaitlyn Causey, Robby Rose; great-grandchildren, Kieran O’Donnell, Emlyn O’Donnell and Vivian Faye Asher.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, January 27, 2017 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the funeral home.
