Lisa Yvonne Lewallen

Lisa Yvonne Lewallen, age 52 of Cleveland, was carried away by the angels to her heavenly home on Wednesday evening, January 18, 2017.

Ms. Lewallen was born June 25, 1964 in Gainesville to Danny Lewallen and Esther Carder Partin. Lisa was a member of Zion Church Interdenominational and was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom and Ozelle Carder and Will and Blanch Lewallen. Lisa was an avid reader, was very talented in arts and crafts, and was a song writer and singer.  She especially loved all her nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her mother and father, Esther and Chandler Partin, Cleveland; father and mother, Danny and Peggy Lewallen, Gainesville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Misty Lewallen, Gainesville; Scott and Kim Partin, Cleveland; sister, Sherree Hampton, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Paul and Chanda Burnett, Cleveland; 9 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Lisa’s caretakers, Janice McGhee, Wanda Boufenik, Tina Turpin, and all supportive family members and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Gary Heffner and Rev. Steve Lewallen will officiate. Interment will follow at Zion Church Interdenominational Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
