Davina “Shaianne” Dawn Whitlow

Mrs. Davina “Shaianne” Dawn Whitlow, age 46, of Alto passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at Habersham Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 19, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Whitlow was born April 21, 1970 to Buck & Wanda Buchanan in Arlington, Texas.  She was of the Christian Faith.

Mrs. Whitlow is survived by her husband, Jeremy Whitlow of Alto; sons, David Lee Denton of Texas, Patrick Dwayne Denton of Texas, Dakota May of Sylvia, North Carolina and Jarrett May of Sylvia, North Carolina; 3 grandchildren; parents, Buck & Wanda Buchanan of Sylvia, North Carolina; brothers, Joe Buchanan of Fort Worth, Texas, Walter Buchanan of Irvin, Texas and Jonathan Sober of Round Rock, Texas; sisters, Julie Buchanan of Fort Worth, Texas, Nona Witt of Oklahoma, Donna Akins of Lavonia and Ana Alisa of Germany; and several nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shaianne Michelle Denton.
