Jennie Lee Thrasher

Mrs. Jennie Lee Thrasher, age 86, of Commerce, GA, formerly of Riverdale died Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Northridge Health and Rehab. Mrs. Thrasher was born in Louisville, MS to the late Samuel Ivan and Julia Barnhill Talbert. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and was a housewife. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thrasher was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde E. Thrasher; daughter, Pamela D. Coulter and great-granddaughter, Alyssa Buffington.

Mrs. Thrasher is survived by his daughter, Carol Ann Buffington of Commerce; sister, Judy Bennett of McDonough; grandchildren, Michele Wood, Sam Buffington, Raven Harris and Harmony Henderson; great-grandchildren, Victoria Wood, Jessica Wood, Ava Frierson, James Frierson and Noah Fouraker.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, January 14 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Pirkle and Dr. Carlton Allen officiating.
