Patricia Sue Cook

Patricia Sue Cook, age 69, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Northside Hospital Forsyth. Patricia was born on March 15, 1947, to the late Minor and Mozelle Dacus. She was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Grady Dacus and sister, Vicki Whitmire.

She is survived by her husband, James Cook of Cumming, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa (Wayne) Lively of Cumming, GA, and Cindy (Mitchel) Sanford of Cumming, GA; son, Jason Cook of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Chris (Kara) Lively, Kyle (Stephanie) Lively, and Kadie Sanford all of Cumming, GA; brothers, Clyde (Rachel) Dacus of Cumming, GA, and Mikel (Brenda) Dacus of Dublin, GA; along with many other loving friends and relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cook will be held Thursday, January 12, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Randy Richards, Rev. Michael Cantrell, and Rev. Jamie Sanford officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
