Doris Lee West Cronic

Mrs. Doris Lee West Cronic, 83, of Clermont passed away on Christmas Day after a long illness.

Doris was well known for her kind, nurturing spirit, spending her life caring for others as an RN, wife and mother. She always sacrificed for her children, providing unwavering support and unending love from the time they were born and continuing until she was unable to take care of herself. Even after her mind and body were ravaged by illness, she still had a smile and an “I love you” on her lips.

 Doris’ family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Enoch and Leila West and her son in law, Mike O’Neil.

Surviving Doris are her husband John Cronic, her brother Earl West (Diane); her children Jan O’Neil, Steve Cronic (Kathy) and Russ Cronic (Lorraine); her grandchildren Melinda Jagger (Sam), John Mark Cronic, Samantha Humphries (Brannon), and Cody Cronic (Kara) and one great grandchild Emma Jagger.
