Dorothy Gail Webb

Dorothy Gail Webb, age 76, of Dahlonega, GA passed away at home on Monday December 26, 2016.

Our mother, Dorothy G. Webb, is now resting peacefully in the arms of her Savior of whom she loved.  She will never be gone, but forever in our hearts.  She will always be remembered as being a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother to all her children.

She was the daughter of the late Cecil Nathaniel and Annie Arlene Jernigan Chanclor.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Webb; brothers, Bud Chanclor and Bobby Chanclor.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Addie and Mike Pocock, Gainesville, GA, Paulette Stapleton, Dahlonega, GA, Dorese Stapleton, Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Alex and Audrey Newton, Dawsonville, GA, Tlina and Brooks Dacus, Cleveland, GA,  Joshua Newton, Elijay, GA, Samantha and Russell Flanagan, Gainesville, GA, Andrew Church, Dahlonega, GA, Luke Phillips, Dahlonega, GA, and Cody Burns, Dahlonega, GA; 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.  Numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Dorothy are scheduled for 2 PM Thursday December 29, 2016 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Wednesday December 28, 2016 from 5 PM to 9 PM and again on Thursday December 29, 2016 from 10 AM until service time.
