Charles Earnest Hamilton, age 52, of Clarkesville passed away December 22, 2016.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 1:00 PM at 299 Palmer Rd, Demorest, GA 30535. Rev. Bill Trotter and Rev. Kenneth Taylor will officiate.
Born in Demorest on May 28, 1964, Charles was the son of Clyde Hamilton and Martha Gragg. He was of the Baptist Faith and was employed with Garylyn Farms in Clarkesville with 20 years of service. Charles is preceded in death by grandparents Bud and Vera Mae Hamilton and Earnest Gragg.
Survivors include sisters Teresa Hamilton Smith and Jean Hancock both of Clarkesville, brother David Hamilton of Clarkesville, grandmother Lena Gragg of Lakemont, niece Erica Hamilton Day of Clarkesville, niece Jessica Chitwood (Robert) of Clarkesville, niece Latoya Smith of Clarkesville, great nephews Eli Hamilton and Tyson Chitwood, great nieces Chesney Hamilton, Dakota Edwards, Aubrey Franklin, Aleeyah & Alaynah Bartholf, and Paisley Day, and Charles had a special relationship in raising James and Alex Hamilton and G.P. Stratton.
