Susan Elaine Kelley

Ms. Susan Elaine Kelley, of Gainesville, passed away December 15, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard L Kelley, and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Garnett S Lord Sr. 

A talented decorator and model, Susan competed for the title of Miss Georgia in 1982, headlined several Atlanta modeling campaigns and graduated from The Georgia Institute of Broadcasting. At the same time, she raised two children and volunteered for the Hall County Humane Society. A talented artist, she was featured in a local talent showcase at the Quinlan Arts Center in 1981.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Benson Clark Jr, daughter, Jennifer Suzanne Schilling, uncle Garnett Sandy Lord Jr, as well as cousin, Chris Jarrard.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hall County Humane Society.
