Barbara Sue Little

         Mrs. Barbara Sue Little, age 80 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at her residence following a sudden illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 16, 2016 at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 5 – 8 pm and Friday, December 16, 2016 from 2:30 – 3:30 p, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

            Mrs. Little was born February 2, 1936 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Fred Crowe and Mildred Evans Crowe.  She was retired from Wrigley’s. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Fred Thomas and her husband, Silas Little.

            Mrs. Little is survived by her daughter, Anita Strickland of Gainesville, step-children, Pam Helton, Billy Shrader and Bonnie Jackson, and their famililes, grandchildren, Stacy Strickland and Scott & Brittany Strickland, both of Gainesville, great-granddaughter, Demri Strickland, brothers, Fred Crowe, Jr. of Pompano Beach, Florida and Don Crowe of Louisiana, and their famililies and special friend, Jere Hancock of Cartersville, Georgia.
