Jesus Perez, age 19, of Gainesville, GA (formerly of Dahlonega, GA) passed away on Wednesday December 7, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Jesus was born April 27, 1997 in Dahlonega, GA. He loved playing video games and always had a smile for everyone.
Jesus is survived by his parents, Ezequiel Perez, Dallas TX and Elizabeth Perez, Gainesville, GA; brother, Matthew Perez, Gainesville, GA; and sister, Stephanie Perez, Gainesville, GA. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives also survive.
A Funeral Mass for Jesus is scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday December 13, 2016 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Dahlonega, GA.
Father John Matejek will officiate.
Interment will follow in Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Monday December 12, 2016 from 5 PM until 9 PM.
