Sheryl Lee Snyder

Miss Sheryl Lee Snyder, age 73 of Spartanburg, South Carolina passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 in Mobile, Alabama.

A daughter of the late Frank and Virginia Harrison Snyder, she was born May 29, 1943 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  She lived in Atlanta, Georgia for a number of years before moving to Spartanburg, South Carolina.  She received her Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from Mercer College in Atlanta.  She was of the Methodist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lynn Snyder and by a step-mother, Ruby Snyder.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Polly Whitmire Snyder of Tococa; niece, Marilyn Snyder Smith of Toccoa; cousins, Darrell and Peggy Snyder and Carolyn Hayes of Toccoa and Cheryll Olah of Crawfordville, Florida.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, December 7, 2016, 4 O’clock PM at Stephens Memorial Gardens with The Reverend David Ritcey officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Darrell Snyder, Jon West, Rick Snyder and Matthew Snyder.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3 PM until time to leave for the service.

Interment will follow in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Miss Sheryl Lee Snyder.
