Donald E. Norman

Donald E. Norman, of Cumming, GA and formerly from Franklin NJ passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 85 on December 3rd in Cumming GA after suffering from a long illness.

He lived in Franklin most of his life and leaves behind his wife of 21 years, Judy who was his high school sweetheart and his four daughters, Brenda Gross, Susan and her husband Paul Kinney, Cheryl and her husband Sheldon Spatz, and Nancy Lamberti. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Nick and Sara Rodriguez and Alex, Eric and Chelsea Gross. He is predeceased by his wife Prudence and his son Donald Jr.

Donald was a Navy veteran and a retired firefighter from Picatinny Arsenal. He was a Master Mason and also a former volunteer firefighter and an EMT on the Franklin Ambulance Squad. He was a lifelong Giants fan and loved playing guitar and the organ.  He loved sailing and he and Judy loved traveling and were avid RV enthusiasts. He loved his life in Georgia, his family and his friends.
