Mrs. Elaine Welch Lowery, age 71 of 4560 Talmadge Drive, Clarkesville, GA passed away Sunday at her residence.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 until 8 PM and Noon until service time on Tuesday.
