Dillard Pam Gilbert

Mr. Dillard Pam Gilbert age 70 of Jefferson, Ga passed away on Saturday November 19th, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled Sunday November 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Springway Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Eric Shelton will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday November 20, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Gilbert was born on July 12, 1946 in Gainesville, Ga to the late Fred Gilbert and Harriett Miller Gilbert. He was self-employed as a paint contractor and owned and operated Gilbert’s Quality Painting for 33 years. Mr. Gilbert loved deer hunting, fishing, and antique cars. He was a member of Springway Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Broom Gilbert of Jefferson, son, Van Gilbert of Gainesville, son, Ramone Gilbert of Jefferson, daughter, Nicole Hamilton of Jefferson, half-sister, Linda Ray,9 grand-children, and 3 great-grandchildren.
