Mr. Donald Jablonski, age 46, of Gainesville passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 11, 2016.
He was born in Pequannock, New Jersey. He grew up in Sherburne, NY, attended local schools and was a 1988 graduate of Sherburne-Earlville Jr/Sr High. Growing up Donald excelled at everything he pursued including motorcycle riding, sky diving and the love of fear. Due to his love of travel he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp from 1988 to 1992 as a Corporal. He then went on to be a fuel truck driver for KBR in Iraqi in 2003, after that he then worked for Flour from 2010 until 2016. He finally came home to the United States in April of 2016 and began working for Lunderby Trucking in October 2016. He loved spending his down time with his friends and family.
He leaves his father, Stephen Jablonski; his mother, Minette Zelenty; his Loving wife, Michelle Jablonski of Gainesville, GA; his 3 children, Christina Palazzi-Cotten of Middleburg FL, Sherri Godwin of Tallahassee, FL, and Stella Ford of Gainesville, GA; his brother and best friend, Raymond Jablonski of Hamilton, NY; his sisters, Robin Hughes of Gainesville, GA and Sue Crockett of TX; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There will be no funeral per Donald’s wishes, but there will be a celebration of his life from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 18, 2016 at his residence. If you would like to send cards you can mail them to 4091 River Élan Drive, Gainesville, GA. 30507
