Brenda Joyce Payne

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday November 19, 2016 at Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Brenda Joyce Payne, age 69 of Gainesville. The Rev. Melvin Baugh and Rev. Ray Turpin will officiate. Interment will follow at Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the funeral home. Miss Payne passed away Sunday November 13, 2016.

Miss Payne was born in Hall County to the late John Payne and Ruth Wallace. She had worked for SKF (formerly TRW) and was of the Baptist faith. She along with her sister Sandra Gail Peck Freeman passed away together.

Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Sandra Peck, nephews, Jody Freeman, Justin Freeman, nieces, Alesha Godoy, Lyndsey Hall and 8 great nieces and nephews.
