David Alan Orme

Mr. David Alan Orme, age 62, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his residence.  

A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, November 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery; Dr. Jerry Gill will officiate. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Mr. Orme is preceded in death by his father, Ernest Frank Orme.

Mr. Orme was born December 28, 1954 in Elmira, NY to Ernest Frank Orme and Virginia Mae Smith Knickerbocker. Mr. Orme’s hobbies were his family, grandchildren, and he loved doing yardwork- his family and home were very important to him. Mr. Orme is a member of the Baptist Church.

Mr. Orme is survived by his wife, Roxanne A. Orme; sons, Jeremy D. Orme, Jared M. Orme, and Christopher D. Orme; daughter, Melissa Orme Magrogan; along with nine grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; seven brothers and sisters, Butch, Darlene, Doreen, Bruce, Steve, Mike, and Priscilla.

David Orme was a man of character and integrity.
