Bill is survived by his wife, Janet Poynter, Buford; daughters, Estella Poynter and husband, Spencer Owens, Hoschton, GA, Erin Morris and husband, Jeff Morris, Flowery Branch, GA; grandchildren, Molly Poynter, Jack Owens, Alex Morris, Chloe Morris; sister, Paulette Fulmer and husband, Kenny, Florence, KY. Bill was born in Maysville, KY and had lived in the Atlanta area the past 21 years. He was an Analyst with Granite – General Electric.
