James Edward Davis

Mr. James Edward Davis, age 68 of 3481 Toms Creek Road, Martin, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at his residence.

A son of the late John and Margaret See Davis, he was born January 8, 1948 in Jersey City, New Jersey having lived in Florida for a number of years and the last three years in Martin.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Ann Smith Parker; daughter, Carrie Anne Davis of Sarasota, Florida; three sons and daughter-in-law, John and Elizabeth Steadman of Burnell, Florida, Daniel Davis and James John Davis both of Palm Coast, Florida; mother of his children, Helen Davis of Palm Coast, Florida; step-children, Denise McCroskey, Cheryl McCroskey, Kimberly Smith and Keith McCroskey all of Eastanollee; ten grandchildren.

The family will have a graveside memorial at a later date in Hawthorne, New York.
