Gary Lee Short

Gary Lee Short, age 66, of Alpharetta, GA died on October 23, 2016. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he was the owner operator of Classic Lawn Services since 1987. He was an avid Harley rider and a Disney enthusiast. He also attended the Cherry Lion School of Sculpture.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Short, of Alpharetta; son, Tim Bellinger, of Cumming; grandchildren, Brooke Bellinger, Ashton Huffman, Beau Bellinger and Johnathan Bellinger all of Cumming; and his faithful friends, Boo & Axel.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2016 in the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 PM Thursday, prior to the service. Interment with military honors will follow on Friday, October 28 at Georgia National Cemetery.
