Carolyn Diane Mansell

Carolyn Diane Mansell, age 70, passed away on October 18, 2016, in Dahlonega, GA. She was born in 1946, to the late Mack and Daisy Tate. Diane will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother. She will be missed dearly. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her sons, Jeff and Jamie McDaniel, and brother, Jimmy Tate.

She is survived by her husband, Dean Mansell of Dahlonega, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Hollie (Matt) Abston of Dahlonega, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles (Cheryl) Tate of Panama City, FL, and Kenneth (Martha) Tate of Cumming, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Dale (Tom) Glasscock of Pelzer, SC; grandchildren, Kayci Couch of  Dahlonega, GA, Dylen Prince of Dahlonega, GA, Learyn and Amelia McDaniel of Jefferson, GA; along with many other family members.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mansell will be held Thursday, October 20, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ruben Smith officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at the funeral home, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to help offset the funeral expenses.
