Rosatta May Weaver Sipes, age 95 of Gainesville, Ga. died peacefully at the Bell-Minor Home on October 14,2016 with her family gathered around. Services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Sunday October 16, 2016 at the chapel of Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel. Interment will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday October 17,2016 at the Georgia National Cemetery.
