Connie Self

Ms. Connie Self age 62 of Gainesville passed away on Thursday October 13, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday October 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Kenneth Aycock officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday October 15, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Self was born on February 13, 1954 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. She was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim Momany and Margaret Raymond Momany.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Self Jr. of North Ridge, California, son, Mark Self of Flowery Branch, daughter, June Self of Gainesville, 11 grandchildren, sister, Lisa Monroe, brothers, Robert Momany and Charles Momany, and the late James Myers.
